1. Services

Purrsonal Sitter provides in-home cat sitting services in Luxembourg: visits including feeding, litter care, play, companionship and, where agreed, medication administration. The exact scope, dates and price of each booking are confirmed in writing (email) before the booking starts.

2. Bookings & meet & greet

New clients receive a free meet & greet before the first booking. A booking is confirmed once we agree dates in writing. During busy periods, unconfirmed requests cannot be guaranteed.

3. Prices & payment

Sitting services are quoted individually; your exact price is confirmed in writing before booking. Invoices are issued electronically via Zoho Billing and payable within 15 days unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 7 days before the first visit: free of charge. Within 7 days: 50% of the booked amount. Within 48 hours: 100%. We are understanding about genuine emergencies.

5. Keys & access

Keys are stored securely, labelled with an anonymous code only. They are returned or retained between bookings as you prefer, and never passed to third parties.

6. Health & emergencies

If your cat appears unwell, we contact you first when possible and your designated vet when necessary. By booking you authorise us to seek veterinary care in an emergency; veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

7. Shop orders

Shop orders are paid online at checkout via Viva Payments, or — when online payment is unavailable — confirmed by email with an invoice; payment is required before delivery. You have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition (excluding personalised gift cards already redeemed).

8. Subscription boxes (The Purrsonal Box)

The first payment is due when you subscribe; subsequent payments are billed on the 1st of the month via Zoho Billing. Prepaid plans are available: 3 months with a 5% discount, or 6 months with a 10% discount on the total. Delivery is charged per box at carrier rates by destination (€4.49 within Luxembourg; €9.74 to Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal; €12.99 to the other EU countries we serve) and shown on each invoice.

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel during a prepaid period, the boxes already delivered are charged at the regular monthly price (without discount) and the remainder of what you paid is refunded — no cancellation fee.

9. Liability

We are insured for the services we provide. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by the cat itself, or events outside our reasonable control.
